Acceptable Use Policy

Do not use the Service to create, distribute, or facilitate content or actions that violate applicable law or the rights of others, including intellectual property, privacy, and computer fraud laws.

Agents operating through Deyin can read, edit, and execute on your machine. You must only point them at systems you own or are authorized to access. Do not use Deyin to probe, scan, attack, or disrupt systems without explicit permission from their owner.

Do not use the Service to develop, test, obfuscate, or distribute malware, ransomware, spyware, or other harmful code, except in legitimate, authorized security research contexts (such as your own sandboxed environments).

Do not attempt to bypass Openference rate limits, plan enforcement, or client verification; resell gateway access contrary to Openference's terms; or automate access in ways your plan does not permit (see Openference's Auto Agent documentation for autonomous workloads).

Do not misrepresent AI-generated work as human review where that misrepresentation is unlawful or harmful; do not impersonate others; do not use the Service to generate targeted harassment, fraudulent content, or spam.

Do not use the Service to generate content that exploits or harms minors, provides instructions for serious physical harm, or otherwise falls within prohibited-use categories under the model provider's usage policies.

Deyin is open source under its license — study and modify it freely within that license. However, do not redistribute our builds while removing license notices, and do not use our brand assets in ways that imply endorsement.

Violations may result in loss of access to site features and, for account-linked abuse, enforcement by Openference against the underlying account. We may report activity we reasonably believe to be illegal to appropriate authorities.

Report violations of this policy to legal@openference.com with as much detail as possible. We take reports seriously and will acknowledge receipt.
